1. Introduction
Nethra Shree Kids & Culturals Academy (NSKC Academy) offers both online and offline courses in Daycare, Skill Development, and Tuition, primarily aimed at enhancing the educational and developmental experiences of children. Our academy, located in Kalugumalai, strives to provide quality learning services for all registered users. By continuing to use NSKC Academy’s services, you consent to the terms outlined in this agreement.
2. User License and Restrictions
NSKC Academy grants you a temporary, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content and services offered on the NSKC Academy platform for personal educational purposes only. The following actions are prohibited without prior written consent from NSKC Academy:
- Copying, distributing, modifying, or reselling NSKC Academy’s course materials.
- Creating derivative works based on NSKC Academy’s content.
- Engaging in any actions that could harm or disrupt the NSKC Academy platform or its users.
3. Course Content
The content provided in NSKC Academy’s Daycare, Skill Development, and Tuition courses is offered "as is" and without warranties. The content should not be considered as a substitute for professional advice. The academy does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of course materials.
4. Data Privacy and User Account Information
NSKC Academy collects user data in compliance with privacy regulations to offer personalized learning experiences and online advertising. By using the platform, you agree to our Privacy and Data Protection Policy. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and must immediately report any security breaches to NSKC Academy.
5. Paid Services
NSKC Academy offers optional paid services, such as Certificates for courses and ad-free premium subscriptions:
- Certificates: Upon completing certain courses, users may purchase certificates of completion, available in digital or physical formats. These certificates are non-transferable and subject to the terms set by NSKC Academy.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
NSKC Academy provides a refund policy for certain services:
- Digital certificates can be refunded if not downloaded. Once downloaded, no refunds will be issued.
- Physical products such as certificates and other merchandise can be returned or canceled if not yet shipped. Once shipped, returns are subject to shipping fees and must be processed through customer support.
- Users may cancel their premium subscription at any time. Cancellations will not result in refunds for unused subscription periods but will terminate future charges.
7. Referral Program
NSKC Academy offers a referral program to reward users for referring new students. For a referral to qualify, the referred user must register and complete a course within 30 days. Referral rewards, typically in the form of discounts on certificates, will be granted once the required conditions are met.
8. User Conduct
Users of NSKC Academy are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately on the platform. Inappropriate or abusive behavior, including spamming, harassment, or posting offensive material, will result in account suspension or termination.
9. Termination of Account
Either NSKC Academy or the user may deactivate the user’s account at any time, without notice or further obligation. NSKC Academy may suspend access if these terms are violated. Users can deactivate their accounts via the user settings.
10. Liability
NSKC Academy is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use the platform. Users agree to indemnify NSKC Academy for any claims arising from the violation of these terms or misuse of the platform.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the courts located within Kalugumalai, Tamil Nadu.
